Undernomag is not responsible for delivery issues that arise from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer in the order form.
Please note that during high-demand periods, such as collection launches, or specific calendar events there may be delays in shipment processing.
Our team at Undernomag is committed to providing excellent service for international shipments. However, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may lead to order cancellations. In such cases, we will notify you within 48 working hours and process a refund to the payment method used for your purchase.
