REFUND POLICY
At Undernomag, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you received your order
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order. Email us at support@undernomag.store with your order number to obtain the return address. Ensure that you send the item along with a copy of the order confirmation showing your order number.
Note: You must also email the tracking number to support@undernomag.store once the item is shipped to validate your return.
Shipping Costs
Size exchanges are accepted subject to availability. Customers must cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. We do not provide prepaid return labels. The cost of shipping the exchanged item back to the customer will be covered by us. Further shipping costs from returns or exchanges will not be covered by Undernomag.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@undernomag.store. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send your items back to us without first contacting us to initiate the return process, as they will not be accepted.

Return Instructions
Items purchased from Undernomag must be returned at the customer’s expense in perfect, unused condition, free from any signs of wear or damage. They should be sent back in their original packaging, within 30 days from the date of order to qualify for a refund.
To return an item, securely package the item(s) and include a tracking code. Please contact us for the return address:

Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping cost, except for cases where items were damaged or incorrectly shipped. Items purchased on sale are non-refundable. Depending on your bank, refunds might show in your bank account between 7 and 10 days since the execution of the refund from our side.
Returns will only be accepted for items purchased directly from Undernomag through our official website www.undernomag.store. Items must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery in perfect, unused condition, in their original packaging, and with all labels attached.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item as outlined above and place a new order. You may apply for a full refund and purchase again a new model, or contact us and arrange the exchange for a new version.
